We will walk up the Klong Son Valley in the North of Koh Chang, and stop for lunch on a mountain top at a height of 500 meters. Afterwards we walk down the other side of the mountain, and we will reach the Klong Son Waterfall where we can swim in the cooling waters. Next we head to the Ban Kwan Chang elephant camp where we have the chance to take a 40 minute elephant ride through the lowland jungle. The trek includes transportation, lunch, coffee, fruit and lots of water to drink. Appropriate footwear is essential, and you should also bring some mosquito repellent, sun cream, a swimming costume, a towel and light clothing.
This tour is scheduled for Mondays and Fridays, but on request this can be changed to another day. If you don't want to take the elephant ride then you can still go on the walking trek and stay at the camp whilst others take the elephant ride. In this case you pay only 1,200 baht.
Price is 1,700 baht and this includes the National park fee of 200 Baht and the elephant ride.
