We have the chance to spot some wild life on the way up; monkeys and for sure, numerous lizards, snakes and exotic insects. Wild boar live up here too, and Mr Tan will show you the traps that have been set for these by the local hunters. Mr Tan never misses a thing, and is sure to point out to you everything of interest that he spots. Once you reach the summit of Mt Jom, you will be rewarded with a stunning view across the jungle clad hills and valleys of Koh Chang. With luck you'll spot some of the bird life such as hornbills and eagles. You will have lunch on the summit and afterwards you'll head downwards via a waterhole in the jungle where you can take a refreshing swim in the cooling waters.
