Coco Dee Bo Tours have been in operation on Koh Chang since 2005. We have 2 shops, where we offer all of the available tours around Koh Chang, as well as providing high speed internet access and other computer services. Our first shop is located here at Chai Chet on Klong Prao beach. In 2008, our second shop opened here, on the main road in Koh Chang Arcade, at Chai Chet.

We offer free advice and information about all of the activities available on Koh Chang. You can book all of the tours with us, and we can also arrange your transport on and off the island, and to the neighbouring islands of the Koh Chang archipeligo. We can make your hotel bookings around Koh Chang, on the neighbouring islands, and throughout Thailand, including Bangkok. We aim to give our customers impartial advice and accurate information prior to selling any tour or service. For example, owing to the arduous conditions on the Cambodian roads, we would advise against any family with very small children from going to Angkor Wat at Siem Reap in Cambodia.

Private speedboats and wooden Thai style boats can be chartered through us for half-day, full-day, or longer excursions. We deal with 3 of the top diving schools in operation on Koh Chang, so make Coco Dee Bo your one-stop place for making your dive reservations.

Our Shop on the Road at Chai Chet

We have high speed internet and WiFi access at 2 Megabits per second. So from your own spot on the beach near our shop you can browse the internet and check your email from your own notebook computer. Or, visit our shop in Koh Chang Arcade for air-conditioned comfort and a selection of refreshments including fresh coffee, and soft and alcoholic drinks. This shop is equipped with modern computers and with a high speed SHDSL connection, you will be assured of the fastest surfing speeds on Koh Chang. 

English, Thai and French languages are spoken by the owner Bo, and Colin, so you can be sure of no mis-understandings at the time of your booking. One of our customers buying from another agency told us of their experience of an "elephant trek" which turned out to be a 6 hour jungle trek by foot! More about our available tours here.

Weather report

We returned from Europe on 2nd June and the weather then was good with some sun and just a little rain. Starting around the 8th June we had much rain. For 5 days the rain was pretty well non stop and torrential at times. Flooding occurred as usual at Kai Bae and at Whitesands. Since the 20th June we have had some very good sunny weather. Temperatures are around 31 degrees. Sea conditions are choppy. There are large waves coming in at Klong Prao, and over the past couple of days there has been some attempts at surfing by a couple of guys.

Royal coconut resort

10 new semi-detached bungalows are now finished. 5 of them have unrestricted views of the beach and are just 10 meters from the usual high water mark of the beach. They are twin bedded with aircon, hot water showers, TV and fridge. They are next door to our shop. If you are interested in booking one of these now, then please let us know. The walk-in price for these bunglows is 2,500 baht (inclusive of breakfast). We can give discounts for any bookings made through our website, via email. Substantial discounts are available now we're into the low season.

Our new shop is located on the main road at Chai Chet, next door to the V Mart Supermarket. We offer the same high-speed internet connection, both through fixed computers and via Wifi if you have your own notebook computer or PDA. This is a senational way to enjoy the lush rain forest of Koh Chang. From one platform to another, from tree to tree, balance yourself through an assortment of activities such as rope bridges, tarzan swings, flying skateboards and giant zip lines.

The mandatory briefing and training session on the ground teaches you how to use the equipment in complete safety. Participants are divided into groups of around 15 and a qualified instructor will accompany each group around the entire course. All of the equipment is of high European standard and your safety is guaranteed. No matter how old you are, the course is designed so that all can participate. You have 2 hours of fun and excitement, and an unforgettable experience is guaranteed. You will be exercised to the full as well.

The course is divided into an easy "blue" course and a more challenging "red" course. Altogether there are over 30 obstacles in the beautiful hill-side location at Bailan Bay area with sea-views.
