Where did all the sand go

Exposed rocks at north end of Klong Prao BeachIt's amazing how quickly the sand moves around the beach at Klong Prao. 6 months ago, the very north end of Klong Prao beach was completely covered with sand - it had covered rocks that were previously exposed a year or so ago. Recently, the sand has retreated far away someplace, and has now even exposed the bedrock which lies beneath all of the loose material of small rocks and dead coral. Anyone seen our sand? Let us know!
