Snorkeling Report

Today we took a half-day snorkeling trip to 3 islands - Koh Thong Lang, Koh Rang, and Koh Yak Lek. It's about a year since we've been down to the Koh Rang group, and it looks as if coral regeneration is progressing well as the corals seem to be thriving. Some beautiful coral formations around Koh Yak Lek and loads of tropical fish too. When you do go here, make sure you circumnavigate each of the small islands (Koh Thong Lang and Koh Yak Lek), and you will be well impressed by the coral formations. Ask one of the guides to lead you, or to show you the best direction in which to swim. Apologies, we took the camera, but the battery gave up, so we have no pics of this trip.

Dolphin Swim - Book early

Many are disappointed when trying to book the Dolphin Swin at Laem Sing because at busy periods it can be fully booked. To make sure you get to do this once-in-a-lifetime activity, then please try to give us around 10 days notice. If that means contacting us before you arrive on Koh Chang, then please do so via our contact page. Notice, and with apologies, Oasis Seaworld will not be doing the SWIM with Dolphins until later in 2011 - precise date not given by Oasis. They are, though, open for the show only during this time, and we are still taking bookings for the show.
