Buying from us, and payment  - how it works. 

Most of our sales are generated at our shop. Indeed we suggest that you do not buy any tours online, because you will only know exactly what you want to do here after you have arrived and have had a good look around. In any case, when you are here, do come and talk to us!

But, we are processing more and more bookings for accommodation and all-in-one packages so we have introduced the Paypal secure payment system for use on this site. We chose Paypal because it is so simple to use and is secure. If you prefer, we will accept bank transfer, and in this case, we will provide our bank details to you.

If there is a product or service on this site for which you need a price quotation, then please email us with your requirements and we will promptly get back to you with an initial quotation. Following further exchanges we will supply you will a final quotation, and payment currency, and you can then make your payment to us by the secure Paypal service. We will normally ask you for a deposit at this time, but in some cases, full payment will be requested.

When you have decided that you wish to proceed to purchase and you are ready to make a payment, please enter the amount, and currency, (we prefer that you send Thai Baht - THB) in the Paypal box below, then click the PAY button. You will be directed to the secure Paypal payment site. The Payee will show as This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Paypal will then send to you by email their receipt, and shortly afterwards, we will send to you our receipt and confirmation of your booking.

When paying by Paypal: Please note that on receipt of your payment, we will credit your account with the amount of Thai Baht that we actually receive after Paypal and foreign exchange fees have been taken by the banks, and this is usually around 4% less than the amount that you have sent. We prefer that you select Thai Baht (THB) as your currency when sending through Paypal, but even in this case, the amount that we receive will still usually be around 4% less than the amount you have sent.

When paying by bank transfer: Please note that on receipt of your payment, we will credit your account with the amount of Thai Baht that we actually receive after foreign exchange fees have been taken by the banks. To avoid creating a balance that we have to collect from you, please specify that you are paying all fees, and that you are sending the full amount in Thai Baht, rather than an equivalent amount in your local currency. Please note that forex fees are sometimes in the region of 30USD or 25GBP or 30EURO. So for small amounts, Paypal usually works out cheaper for you.

To avoid a shortfall of monies we receive as your payment, by either of the above methods, we will usually request a booking fee of 4%. Most times this brings the amount we actually receive close to the net tour cost that we originally quoted for you. Any remaining small credit or debit can then be settled when you are on the island.
