Weather report. The previous 14 days started with hot sunshine with little cloud. Strong winds have persisted throughout the night and into the morning. For a couple of days, some snorkeling boats were staying ashore because of the winds and choppy seas - the wave height was reported to be around 3 meters in places. In the past few days the winds and wave heights have lessened, though the evenings and nights have remained cool down to around around 14 degrees. The sea is cool and quite clear around the Koh Chang beaches, but very clear in the snorkeling areas in the islands to the south of Koh Chang. Afternoon temperature is aound 29 degrees.
